Treasurer's Report
I would like to submit the treasurer's report for the year 202312024. The
following is a breakdown of the financial information for Straidbilly
Primary School pa￿nt and Teacher Association with regards to how we
achieve our charitable objectives.
Please see below the statement of account also submitted for specific
details.
Our available opening balance on the 1 St of September 2023 was
£2,665.33.
£6,158.05 was generated from ten fundraiser events, Christmas Raffle
(1,154.57), Tractor Run (£1,505.07), donations (£490.00), School Disco
(£230.00), Bun sale (£170.87) and Straidbilly Sponsored Walk
(£1,393.00).
We were also awarded funding of £995.00 restricted fund from the
Policing and Community Safety Partnership through Causeway Coast &
Glens Borough Council Grant Award which will be used next financial
year.
Our expenses for this year amounted to £6,713.30, which included
selection boxes, £1547.50 on computer and resources for the ICT suite,
powered Public Address system, £395.87 on schoolbooks and £2,600
on contributions to school trips. This has left an available balance of
"£3,214.78 on 31st August 2024.
