**Purposes:** The Charity’s objects (‘the objects’) are:- a)	To provide for the public benefit help, support and advice to people living in the County Antrim area (the “area of benefit”) who have experienced, or who are currently experiencing, mental health problems. b)	To advance health and well-being in the area of benefit by training volunteers, facilitating peer support activities, organising group sessions and providing alternative therapies. c)	To raise awareness and understanding of mental illness among the public in the area of benefit.
