The company is established for the advancement of education, the promotion of the preservation and protection of health and for the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in Northern Ireland (the “area of benefit”) in particular by: A. Organising and promoting programmes of physical exercise in local settings which are accessible to all members of the public including those who would not otherwise be able to avail of such activities through lack of means; B. Educating the public about the physical and psychological benefits of healthy physical exercise, and the dangers of drug abuse in sport; C. The education and training of teachers of physical exercises relating to the movement of the body, exercise techniques, and health and safety in the context of physical exercise; D. Educating and training persons working in the fields of healthcare and education regarding the use of appropriate physical exercise designed to preserve the health of people with special needs especially the young, the elderly, and people with disabilities or infirmities.
