## Minutes of Recycled Teenagers ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

## **1. Welcome** 

- 1.1 Sean opened the meeting and welcomed and thanked everyone for attending. Sean welcomed Tracey Powell Community Development Worker with the Promoting Wellbeing Team, SHSCT who would be facilitating the formalities of the AGM and overseeing the election of officers to the Committee.

## **3. Minutes of the last AGM** 

3.1 Minutes of the last AGM were read out by Tracey and were agreed as a true record.

## **5. Chairpersons Report** 

Sean gave an overview of activities members have been involved in over the last year. Sean recognised Mid Ulster District Council and The National Lottery for the financial support to the Club. 

He also thanked the Club Office Bearers Teresa, Una and Nancy for their hard work and dedication and thanked those that helped with tea duties throughout the year.

## **6. Treasurers Report** 

Teresa provided an up-date on the accounts for 2023/2024 period.  Teresa circulated copies of accounts to members and gave a comprehensive overview of income and expenditure.  The Club were awarded £8,300 through Awards for All from The National Lottery.  The balance in the account is currently £9,590.30.

Teresa asked if anyone had questions relating to the report.  No one had any queries. Members commended Teresa on her report. 

## **7. Nomination and Election of Executive Management Committee** 

Tracey outlined the roles of Office Bearers and committee members and chaired the elections as follows.
