Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of
Bleary Farmers Hall Management Committee Charitable Company
I report on ihe accounls of ihe charity for the year ended 31 sl December 2022 which are set oul on
pages 9 to 15.
Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
As the charity's Irustees (who are also ihe directors of the company for the purposes of company law)
you are responsible for the prq)aration of the accounts in accordance with ihe reouirements of the
Companies Act 2006.
Having satisfied myself ihal ihe charity is not subject to audil under company law and is eligyible for
independent examination, it is my responsibility to:
examine ihe accounls under seclion 65 of the Charities Act;
lo follow tlie procedures laid down in ihe gyenerdl Directions gFiven by the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland under s¢¢lion 65(9)(b) of the c.harities Act; and
to state whether particular malters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examiner's report
I have examined your charity accounls as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in accordance wilh the gyeneral Direclions gyiven by ihe Charily
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65{9) of the Charities Act. The examinalion included
a review of the accountingj records kepi by the charity and a comparison of ihe accounts presenied
with Ihose records. It also included consideralion of any unusual ilems or disclosures in the accounts
and seekingy explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to stale whether any malerial malters have come to my attention givingy me cause to
believe:

3. That the aciounls do nol comply wilh the accounlingv requirements ofihe Charities Acl
