Springwell Running Club is an inclusive sports club wliich aims to increase parlicipalion
iii runniiig f roin adults of all ages. genders and abilities. The club operates in Coleraine,
B<illymoncy. Lim(Ivady and Garvagh, with coaching and trainiiig sessioiis across the
flour Locations and varying tiincstl)rou6ihout tliLJ week, twelve moiitlis oftho yL'ar.
The club hosts a number of ruiiniiig events from sk up to 10 miles. aiid also collaboi'ates
with the local council aiid other orgaiiisations supporting events whicli they run. The
club is not for profit.
Tlie Charitylclub is constituted in line witli the Club Constitutioi) which is available to
view or) the club wek)site.
In reviewing tloe activities for tlie year. and the club accounts, the ti'ustees have had
regai'd to tlie Commission's Public Benefit requirement and statutory guidance iii
respect ot the same.
A review of the charity's financial po8ition (Jtthe end of tlie year has been included arb(J
tlipre. arp no debts held by the cliarity. Thp only reserves are the clubs bank account
and Payp<il account. and the balances are shown in the attached financial statement
aiid in the Incoine and Expenditure Statement.
