A summary of the charity's main activities and purpose is to further its purposes for
the public benefit:
Springwell Running Club is an inclusive sports club, which aims to increase
participation in running from people of all ages. genders and abilities. The club
operales in Coleraine, Ballymoney, Limavady and Garvagh. with coaching and training
sessions across the four locations and varying times throughout the week, twelve
months of the year.
The club hosts a number of running events, from 5K, 5 miles. 10K, 10 miles and half
marathon, and also collaborates with the local Borough Council. supporting a
number rf running events which they run. The club is not for profit.

In reviewing the activites for the year. and the club accounts, the trustees have had
regard to the Commission's Public benefit requirement and statutory guidance in
respect of same.
A review of the charity's financial position at the end of the year has been included
and there are no debts held by the charity. The only reserves are the club's bank
account. and the balance is shown in the attached financial statement and in the
Statement of Receipts and Payments.
No fund held by the charity was materially in deficit, at the end of the year and therefore
no steps are required to be taken by the charity trustees to eliminate any deficit Funds.
No funds are held by the charity as a cuslodian trustee.
