As the charity Iruslees you are responsible for the preparaiion of the accounis in accordance with the Charities Acl
{Northern Ireland) 2008. It is our responsibility to=
examine the accounts under section 65 of the ChaTilies Act-
follow the proccdurc5 laid in the gencral directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland
under section 65(9) Ib) of ihe Charities Act. and
state whether particular matters have come to my attention

disclosures in the accounts, and the seeking of explanaiions from you as tn￿[eeS concerning anv such matters.
