The principal fijnction of the All Saints Parish Church Tullylish is to support the advancement of the Christian
rtlgion by. promotin& throu8h the WOTk of the All Saints Parish Church Tullylish the whole mission of the Church.
pastordl. evangelistic. social and ecumenical. Being open to and ergagirva with society as a whole and offering
support for those need1￿ help are fundamentsl to the practical delivery of the b•nefits of Christianity.
As a resutt of acttvity in the pursuft of advancement of the Christian religion, the All Saints Parish Church
Tu1￿lIsh custody of property and of records. materials and artefacts of signrficance to the cultural and religious
herita&eand maintenance of which i&undertaken by theselert vestry of the All Saints Parish thurch Tullylish.

with the recovèry from the Co-vid 19 pandèmi¢. rt has continued to be a year ol drfficuty and ¢hange for the
parish. Thè Rector unfortunately took ill in late Dec 20213nd was unablè to fulfil any duties during th8 y8ar 2022.
The various groups wf(hin the parish resumed durin8 the year wtth reduced numbEr5 as some people were

The Select Vestry met each month under chairmanship of thè Rural D•an The Very Rev. Canon Geoff Wilson
and normal business trnnsactsd. SuTh4ay Services were reasonab￿ well attended and each service was

The Parish is in a reasonable financial position with ￿ntInUed support from the congregattofi to both Generdl
cong￿80tiOn the trustees are aware that income from weektv stewardship offerings is de¢liniry 8fÈ•ter is
being made of transfers from Property and Maintenance account. Plans ère in place to Iwk at possible fund-raising
artiviknes. The parish finances have bèen greatly enharkced by a g*neTOUS recent bequest of £247947.26 with no
restriction on use and a portion of this was used to settle the outstandin8 loan on the Rertory and the remainder
irwested whilst the trustees look at all possible future requirements

°The trustees continually review the church finances at each vestry meeting and have reviewed the budgets
forthe year ahead and are satisfied that there are adequate funds with the change in accounts
status and investment re5errfes to ensure that the Parish can continue its activities and the financial

Chapter111 of the Conrtitution of the Church of Ireland governs Parishes and Parochval Organlsatlon. The Select
Vestry member5 are the Charity Trustees

All members of the Church of Ireland who are (Ner the age of 18 and are either resident within thè parish or Iwe
elsewhere but have been accustomed members of thÈ torqregation for at least three months, may register as
members of the general vestry of the parish. albwing them to attend and vote at meetings of the general vestry
and to stsnd for election to the select vestry. Meetings of the Eeneral vestry are held at least once a year. The
Select Vestry is elected as part of.this Ge￿ra1 Vestry meetkng. The Select Vestry will hold thelr posrknons for
period of one year. Select Vestry rnembers may be r￿leCted annualty and there ts no limit on the number of
temis which may be served.
Pay and ￿mUneratIOn
Tholncumbent of the Parish i&paid directiv by the Parish, and receive5 th&f￿1 stiKEnd in accordan￿ with
Diocesan recommended statement issued each November wfth figures approved by the General Synod of the
Church of Ireland and also recefves the Lc<omotory and expense5 of office as recommended by the General
Synod.
The select vestry Is responsible for the day-ttAay management of.the parish. The selert vestry consists of the
member of the clergy serving in the parlsh. any curate assislant 1.the cur*e"l. the churchwardens, the glebe
wardens and general￿ not more than t¥ft￿e other members of the general vestry elected at the GeneTrl Vestry.
The select vestry VAS thaired bythe very Rev. Canon Geoff Wilson in the ab$er￿ ofthe incumbent ofthe parish. Select vestry members
are responsible for making decisions on rnatters of genernl concern and Imwrtsnce to the parish in¢I￿ling deciding how parish funds
are to be applied.
The select vestry meets at times fixed by the mernbers or by the diocesan synod. Special meetings may be corNened at any time by the
chairperson or the churchwardens. In 2022 face to face meetings were ￿SuMed ¢reatly addlng to the fellowship of the church.

Statement of Trustees. Responsibilities
Thè trustees are responsible for prepari￿ the Trustees. Report and the ststement of receipts and payments and staternent of assets
and Ilabllitles in accordan¢e wlth appllcable law and re8ulatlons.
The law applicable to charitts in Northern Ireland with Incorne of less than £250.OW requires the truste•s to
prepare a ststement of receipts payments and a statement of assets and liabilities for each financial year.
The trustees are responsible for koepir* accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the Parish's
trnnsactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at ary time the assets and liabilities of thè Parish. They are
also responsible forsafeguarding the assets of the Parish and hence fOrtskI￿ reasonable steps forthe prevention
and detection of frdud and other irre8ulartti"es.

The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the Parish's
transactions and disdose with reasonable accuracy at any time the assets and liabiliiies of the Parfsh. They are
