Audit of Finance Records 2022
To the Trustees of St John's Parish Church, Dromara
I can confirm I have completed an audit of the financial records of St John's Parish Church for the
year 2022 on
The financial records comprise of the following:
Freewill offering income which is recorded on a weekly basis
Income records
Expenditure records
Bank Account statements comprising of the three Church accounts:
Current Account, Building Fund and Savings Account
The audit comprised of:
Selecting a random number of income transactions, tracing these through the records until
they were evident in the bank records
Seletting a random number of payments and checking against invoices and receipts against
records and in the bank account statements
Checking all information had been reported correctly in the financial report.
Based on the checks I completed, l am satisfied with the verification of the information in the
Financial Report 2022, and l am content to recommend acceptance of this to the Trustees.
