We report in respect of our examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011

applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 102) in preferonce to the Accounting and Reports'ng by
Charities". Ststement of Rèe4)mmend¢(I Pracb"ce issued on 1 April 2005 which 18 refèrred to in the extant
regulations but has n(yw been withdrawn.
We understand that this has been done in order for accounts to provid6 a true and fair vrew in accordanc
with Generally Acceptsd A(xounting Practice effective for reporting periods beginning on or aft¢r 1 January
2015.
