Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

I have examined your charlty accounts as required under section 65 of the Charille5 Act and my examlnallon
was carrled oul in accordance with the general Dlrecllons glven by the Charlly Commlssion for Northern Ireland
under section 8519)Ib) of the Charities Act.
My examinatlon Included a Tevlew of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts pr&sented with those records. It also includes considerallon of any unusual items or dls¢losures in the
eccounls, and $8ekSng explanations from you as charity trustee concernlng any such mallers.
My role is to slate whether any material matters have come lo my attention giving me cause lo believe-
that accounting records were not kept In accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act.,

thal the accounts do not ¢omply with the accounllng requirements of the Charities Act;
that there is further information needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts lo be reached.
Independent Examlner's Statement
Slnce your charlly's gross Income exceeded £250,000 your examiner must be a member of a listed body. I can
confSrm that l am quallfSed lo undertake the examinallon because l am a registered member of Chartered
Accountants Ireland, which is one of the listed bodies.
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respecl of the matlers11110 {4) listed above and, in
connection wilh the Directions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that
require drawing lo your attention.
This report is made solely lo the charity's Trustee, as a body, in accordance with section 65(3)la) of the Charities
Act {Northern Ireland) 2008 and regulations made under section 66 of that Act. My work has been undertaken so
that I might slate to the charity's Trustee those matters l am required to slate lo them in an Independent
Examiner's Report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permilled by law, I do not accept or assume
responsibility lo anyone other than th8 charity and the charily's Trustee as a body. for my work or for this report.
