requlrements that are relevant to our audlt of tha flnanclal statements In the UK, Includlng the FRC'S Ethical
Standard, and we have fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in accordance with these requlrements. We believe
that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion.

Based on the work we have perfomied, we have not identified any material uncertainlies relating to evenls or
conditions that, Indlvidually or collectlvely, may cast slgniflcant doubt on tha charlty's abillty to contlnue as a going
concern for a period of ai least twelve m¢nths from when the financial statements are authori$ed for Issue.

enable the preparation of financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or
error. In preparing the financlal statements. th8 trust88s are responsible for assessing the charity's abilty to
contlnue as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable. matters related to going concern and using the going
concem basis of accounting unless the trustees either intend to liquidate the charitable company or to cease
operatlons. or have no realistic aliernative but to do so.

Tho Intemal controls established to mitigate risks of fraud or non-compliance with laws and
regulations.,
The matters discussed among the audit engagement team regarding how and vther? fraud might occur in
the financlal stalamants and potential indicators of fraud.
As a result of these procedure8. we considered the opportunitles and Incentives that may 8xlst wlthln the ￿rnPany
for fraud and Identified the greatesl potential for fraud in revenue recognition and property valuation. In ￿MmOn
with all audits under ISAS {UK). we are also required to perform Specific procedures to respond to the risk of
management override.
Vle also obtained an understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks that the Company operates In, f¢xusing
on provislons of Ihose laws and regulations that had a direct effect on the detemiination of materi81 amounts and
disclosures in the financial statements. The key laws and regulations we considered in this context included Ihe
Companies Act 2006. and local tsx legislation.
In addltlon, ￿ considered provisions of other laws and regulation8 that do not have a direct eff￿t on the financial
statements but compllance with whlch may be fundamental to the company'8 ability to operale or to avoid a material
penalty.
