The INstees present the'rr report and the financral statements for the year ended 31 March 2024. The
trustees. who are also directors of Families Moving On for thè purposes of company law and who served
during the year and up to the date of this report are set out on page 1.

The Group is established for the benefft of the inhabrtants of Omagh and its environs of Co. Tyrone. The
Group is an interdenominats'onal wcb'ms and survivors group Set up to support all those affected by The
Omagh bomb in 1998. Members may suffer as a resutt of bereavement. injury or through being traumatised
by witnessing any incidents in the area.

responsible for prepanng the Trustees. Annual Report and the financk21 statements in accordance with
applicable lav¥B and Unrted Kingdom Accountsng Standards (Unrted Kingdom Generalty A¢￿pted
Accounting pract￿>.
Company law require5 the trustees to prepare financial ststements for each financial year, which give a true
and fair view of th8 State of affairs of the charitable company and of the incoming resources and applicabon
of resources, including the income and expenditure, of the charitable company for that period. In preparing
these financial stabments. the trustees are required to:

the financial statements comply vnth the Companies Act 20(￿. They are a￿0 ￿ponSIble for safeguarding
the assets of the charitable company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and
detection of fraud and other irregularitss.
