audit under company law and Is eligible for independent examination. It is my ￿spOnSibl11fy to state. on the
basis of my examination. whether particular matters have come to my attention

My examination Includes a feview of the accounting records kept by the chanty and a comparison of the

the accounls. and seeking explanationsfrorn you as trustees concerning any such matters The procedures
undertaken do not provide all the evidence. thal would be required In an audit. and consequently I do not
express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention

statement of Recommended Practice. Accounting and Reporting by Charities
have not been met; or
