I report on the financial ststement of Grey5teel Play8roup for the year ended 31 August 2019 whlch
are attschÈd. The organisation is a Northern Ireland Registered Charity with the number 101604.

the Charities Act INorthem Ireland} 2(X)8.

Examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charities Act-
Follow the procedures laid down in the general direttbons given by the Commission under
section 6519llbl of the Charities Art:

Basls of Independent examinerfs report
I have examlned your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Art and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the charit￿s Act.
My examination included review of the accounting records kept by the charlty and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees Con￿rning any
such matters.
My role is to slate whether any material matters have come to my attention gwing me to cause to
believe:_
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance wtth section 63 of the Charitie5 Act.
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountirtrd records.
3. That the accounts do not Comp￿ with the accounting requirements of the Charities Art.
4. That there is further infomiation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.

I have completed my examinatlon and have no concerns in respert of the matters111 to141 listed
above and, in connertion with the following Directions of the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland,. I have found no matters that require drawings to your attention.
