The trustees present the annual report and statements of Receipts and Payments, and Assets and Liabilities for Corcrain Redmanville Community Partnership for the year ended 31 March 2025.
Objects of the Charity
The objectives of Corcrain Redmanville Community Partnership (CRCP) are to provide facilities for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Corcrain and Redmanville area without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinions by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations, youth organisations and inhabitants, in a common effort to advance education, protect health and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisuretime occupation, with the object of improving conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular

To support the development of a cohesive, shared and integrated community and promote the wellbeing of those living in the area of benefit through the provision of educational, social and recreational activities

To relieve those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by providing them with information, representation, and advocacy with issues such as housing, community safety, the environment and community relations;

Recruit and train volunteers with relevant skills to carry out the objects of the CRCP;

Promote and organise co-operation in the achievement of the above objects and to that end to work in CRCP with local authorities and voluntary organisations engaged in the furtherance of the above objects in the area of benefit;
Activities of the Charity
The Corcrain and Redmanville Community Partnership has made a significant contribution to improving the lives and conditions in the area by providing facilities and services for the people of the area. The group offers three programmes weekly relating to Education, Health and Recreation, which have 100% attendance, and these includes community café, Yzone after school’s club, craft club & Intercommunity Sports Camps. CRCP also represents residents in the area on various inter agency forums. It also offers seasonal gardening projects for inhabitants of all ages and is working closely with the Woodlands Trust to set up a "Friends of the Woodland" group. CRCP have also piloted a successful maintenance programme proving street cleans, gardening, community DIY/Maintenance. Added to this, there are several events organised throughout the year to promote community spirit within the area Including Easter events, Halloween Event and Christmas outings.

The activities outlined above demonstrate how CRCP continues to implement its charitable purposes.

CRCP has mitigated any potential harm from the activities through child protection training, AccessNI checks, other relevant training, insurance cover and observance of good practice
Financial Review
The principal source of income of CRCP continues to be from Donations and Grants. The principal expense of CRCP is in respect of payments regarding general running and activity costs.

CRCP continues to be in a healthy financial state at April 2025 with a closing account balance of £558.79

CRCP had no unaccounted expenditure or bad debt for accounts closing March 2025
CRCP aims to retain sufficient reserves to meet its expected future expenditure requirements as well as potential future capital projects

Structure, Governance and Management Going Concern
The trustees have reviewed its planned expenditure for the year ahead and are satisfied that there are adequate funds in place to ensure that the Charity can continue its activities and the financial statements for the year ended March 2025 can be signed off as a going concern.
Governing Document
Corcrain Redmanville Community Partnership is a registered charity and is governed by the terms of its constitution, which was formally adapted on 3rd September 2003
Compliance with Public Benefit
The Charity has given careful consideration to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland’s guidance on public benefit to ensure that the activities entered into during the year have helped to achieve the Charity’s objectives, as well as providing public benefit.
Statement of Trustees Responsibilities
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Report and the statement of receipts and payments and statement of assets and liabilities in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
The law applicable to charities in Northern Ireland with Income of less than £250,000 requires the trustees to prepare a statement of receipts and payments and a statement of assets and liabilities for each financial year.
The trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records that are enough to show and explain the Charity’s transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the assets and liabilities of the Charity. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
