**Purposes:** PRINCIPLES AND OBJECTS  The objects of Glenanne, Loughgilly and Mountnorris Silver Threads Group shall be:  (1)	To bring relief and opportunity for people of all backgrounds, ages and abilities to meet in an atmosphere of mutual support in an enjoyable and neutral environment.  (2)	To enhance the education and living conditions of the inhabitants of the catchment area of the group.  (3)	 To promote co-operation with other like minded groups and with the statutory authorities in a common effort to provide facilities for the interests of social welfare, for recreation or other leisure time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of the said inhabitants.
