**Purposes:** The Centre is established to advance education, relieve poverty, suffering and distress and, in particular to provide in the Newington area of Belfast ( hereinafter described as ‘the area of benefit’) facilities in the interests of social welfare for the protection of healthcare and for recreation or other leisure time activities for its members. In particular to facilitate members to remain in the community.
