personal benefit of any kind as a result of their involvement in the management of The James Davidson Dornan & Doreen
Dornan Trust.

The sole mission of The James Davidson Doman and Doreen Dtsrnan Trust is lo support Killinchy Presbyterian Church.

The James Davidson Dornan and Doreen Dornan Trust invests the ¢apilal sum bequeathed to it by the late Mrs Doreen
Dornan and the income derived Iheretrom is paid over to the Kirk Session and Committee of Killinchy Presbyterian Church.
The beneffts flowing from the activities outlined include the improved and sustained adminislralion of the Church and the
overall moral improvement and edification of the public that derives from it. The benefits can be evidenced through the
annual accounts of the Church that set out in detail how the income has been utilised during the year under report and how il
has been allocated within the Church itself and throughout the wider community. The Church is open and welcoming lo
persons of all ages and of any denomination Professing a Christian faith, person8 of other faiths and of no faith al all. The
Chuich plans lo continue the adivilies oudined above in forthcoming years.
Actlvities
The activity of The James Davidson Dornan and Doreen Dornan Trust. on fool of the Will of the late Mrs Doreen Oornan, is lo
provide financial support lo Killinchy Presbyterian Church and the amount of that support during the year under report is
included in the accounts for The James Davidson Dotnan and Doreen Doman Trust for the year ended 31 sl De¢etTTrber 2023.
The Session and Comtnillee of the Church have absolute discretion in how the funds are ulilised in line with the Church's
own objective that being the advancement of religion.
Achievoments and Performance
During the year ended 31st December 2023, The Trustees of The James Davidson Dornan and Doreen Doman Trust,
exercising the powers conferred upon them by The Will of the late Mrs DO￿en Dornan. invested in non-income prodLJang
property Ilhe Manse) for the occupation and use of Killinchy Presbyterian Church. This investment was achieved by altering
the lemis of the existing loan lo The Congregation of Killinchy Presbyterian Church. This loan was originally made available
lo assist with the renovation and extension ol the Manse al 62 Comber Road, Killinchy, Newtownards, Co. Down. The lemis
of the loan were altered making il a non-inleresl bearing facility lo be repaid upon the eartier of 31st December 301911,000
years) or the dale upon which the propety ceases lo be the Manse for Killinchy Presbyterian Church. The investment 15
secured by a 1 st charge over the Manse property al 62 Comber Road, Killinchy, Newtownards. Co. Down.
In addition, The Trustees of The James Davidson Doman and Doreen Doman Trust paid over ils income of £7,323 nel of all
expenses lo the Church IPY.. £7,323). The ftind is £627.180 Sterling. Please see the accounts for the year ended 3151
