The James Davidson Dornan and Dore6n Dornan Trust Invests the capital sum bequeathed lo it by the late Mrs Doreen
Dornan and the Incorne d8rlved therefrom Is paid over lo the Kirk Session and CoTnmillee of Killin¢hy Presbyterian Church.
The benefits flowing from the aclivilies oullined include the improved and sustained adrninislralion ol the Church and the
overall moral improvement and edification of tho public that dgrives from11. The ben&fll8 can be ovidonced through the
annual accounts ol the Church that sel out In delall how the income has been ulilised during the year under report and how il
has been allocated within the Church itself and Ihroughoul Ihe wider community. Tlie Church is open and welcoming lo

The activity of The James Davldson Dornan and DO￿en Dornan Trust, on fool of the Will of the late Mrs Doreen Dornan, Is lo
provide financial support lo Killinchy Presbylerian Churd) and (lie amount of that support during the year under report is
included in the accounts for The James Davidson Dornan and Doroen Doman Trust for the yfjar ended 3181 December 2022.
The Session and Committee of the Church have absolute discretion in how the funds are ulilised in line with the Church's
own objective which is the advancement of religion.
Achievoments and Pgrformanc$
Ouring the year ended 31st December 2022, the Trustees of The James Davidson Dornan and Doreen Dornan Trust,
exercising the powers Conferred upon them by The Will of the late Mrs Doreen Dornan, invested in non-income pr(xlucing
property Ilhe Mansel for the occupation and use of Killin¢hy Presbyterian Church. This investment was achieved by altering
the terms of the existing loan lo The Congregation of Killinchy Presbyterian Church. Thls loan was originally made available
lo assist with the renovation and extension of the Manse al 62 Comber Road, Killinchy, Newtownards, Co. Down. The terms
of the loan were altered making il a non-interesl bearing facility lo be repaid upon the eadier of 31st December 301911,000
years) or the dale upon which the pioperty ceases to be the Manse for Killinchy Presbyterian Church. The investment is
secured by a 1 sl charge over the Manse propety at 82 Comber Road, Killinchy, Newtownards. Co. Down.
In addition, The Trustees of The James Davidson Doman and Doreen Dornan Trnsl paid over ils income of £7,323 nel of all
expenses lo the Church IPY.. £3.8681. The fund is £619,803 Sterling. Please see the accounts for the year ended 31st
December 2022.
