Objectives and adivltles
1. Charrtable purposes
The income of the trust shall be applEd in making grants and donations for any charitable purposes
including in particular the advancernent of education, the relief of povety, the protection and
preservats'on of health, the relief of the aged and disabled persons. the protection of the natural
environment, the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation in the interests of
social welfare. the promotion of urban andlor rural regeneration in areas of social and economic
deprivats'on for the benefits of inhabitants of Northem Ireland and the remainder of the United Kingdom.
2. Charitsble activities
Lunn's Charitable Trust is a grant making chanty and ils charitable actwities are as follows..
Providin9 grants to organisations for specific projects to help towards the advancement of
education.
Providing grants to help improv8 the environment through either the protection of the natural
environment. the provision of fa¢ilikn'es for recreation or other leisure time occupakn'ons in the
inte￿stS of social welfare or the promotion of urban andlor rural regenerats'on in areas of social
or e¢onomic deprivation.

The chanty was domiant during the year but the trustees envisage that the charity will commence ils

Public Benefit
The charity was sjormant during the year but the charity wlll operate for the public benefit when charitable
activities commence.
The trustee5 have had regard to the Charity CommissDn (Northem Ireland) guidance on public benefit
in managing the activities of the charity.
Appointment of Charity Trustees
The chaTity shall actively promote a board of tfustees which include a range of skill, experience and
knowledge in keeping with pursuance of its objects.
FinanGial roviow
As at 28 February 2021 the charty holds an arnount of £1,335 in reserves. This is to ensure that there
1$ adequate cover for any contingencies.
