**Purposes:** The aims of the Group shall be to advance the education and development of pre-school children by co-operating with ‘Early Years’ in:- (a) Providing safe and satisfying group play, in which parents are encouraged to take part. (b) Increasing parental recognition of the needs of young children and the value of pre-school provision. (c) Encouraging other charitable activities through which parents may help the children. (d) Doing all such other lawful things as are necessary for or conducive to the attainment of the above aims.
