**Purposes:** (i)	The advancement of religion and in particular the administration of SHILOH CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP presently of Skipperstone Road, Bangor, County Down.  (ii)	The protection and preservation of health with special regard for those people suffering from or affected by drug abuse, alcohol abuse, substance abuse or those people suffering from or affected by life-controlling dependencies and with special regard for the North Down area.  (iii)	The provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for education, recreation and other leisure time occupation of people who are in need as a result of  their youth , age, disability, infirmity or social and economic circumstances with special regard for the North Down area.  (iv)	The relief of poverty with special regard for the North Down area.
