I have examlned your charity accounts as requlred under sectSon 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in attordance with the general Dlrectlons glven by the Charity
Commlsslon for Northern Ireland under 5ectlon 65{9}Ib) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accountlng records kept by the charlty and a comparlson of
the accounts presented wlth those records. It also Included conslderatlon of any unusual Items or
dlsclosures In the accounts, and seeklng explanatlons from you as charity trustees concernlng any
such matters,
My rolels to State whether any materlal matter5 have come to my attention giving me cause to
belleve:
l. That accountln8 records were not kept In accordance wlth 5ectlon 63 of the Charltles Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountlng records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accountlng requlrement5 of the Charities Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to be
reached,

above and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commlsslon for Northern
