Tres Dias in Ireland; Charity Number NIC 10539
I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ending 31 March 2023, as set out in
the statement of accounts for this period.
Respective Responsibilities of Charity Trustees and the Examiner
The Charity trUSt￿S are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordan￿ with the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
As Independent Examiner it is my responsibility to:
(a) Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
(b) Folk)w the procedur￿ laid down in the General Directions given by the
Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
(c) State whether any particular matters of concern have come to my attention.
Basis of the Independent Examiner's Report
I have examined your charty accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities
Act and my examination was carried out in accordan￿ with the General Directions
given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the
Charities Act.
My examination induded a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and
a comparison of the accounts presented wtth those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking
explanation from you as charity trustees con￿mIng any such matters.
My role is to state rf any material matte[5 have come to my attention giving me (Xu
to believe:
(1) That the accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 63 of
the Charities ACL
(2) That the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
(3) That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the
Charities Act.
(4) That there is further infotmation needed for a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.

Independent Examiner's Statement
I have completed my examination and I have no cOn￿mS in respect of the matters
(1) to (4) listed above and, in connection with following the DirEctions of the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that require drawing to
your attention.
