Friends of St Brigid s
The work of FOSBA has continued this year, on a smaller scale, to organise and manage the activities
of the association for the benefit of the local community and to allow members of the community to
actively engage In the life of St Brigid's College and the wider communitv.
FOSBA worked in partnership with other local community groups to organise a Summer Family Fun
event which was held in the in the grounds of St Brigid's College at the beginning of September. The
event was oper)ed to the public ar)d there was live music, bouncy castles, face painting and arts and
crafts as well as refreshments and a barbecue.
Members and volunteers of FOSBA have worked in partnership with the sthool to organise and
deliver extra-curricular activities for pupils in Years 8 & 9 through the ASPIRE programme.
I would like to thank everyone who has contributed in any way to the events and work of Friends of
St Brigid's Association during the past year.
