have examiiicd your charity accounts as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act and Iny examination was
carried out in accordancc with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under
Section 65191{bl of the Chariiies Act. The examination included 8 review of the accounting records kept by the
Charity and a comparison of any Linusiial items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as
Ihc charity's Irusiees concerning any sucli Inatters.
My rolc is to state whethcr any maierial matlcrs have come lo my attention giving me cause to believe:
l. acwunling records were not kept in respect of Belfast South Network Company as required by section 386 of
the 2Q06 Act, or
2, the accouiit5 do noi accord with those records; or
3. the acLounts do not comply with the a¢¢ountin8 requirements of seclion 396 of the 2006 Act other than any
r¢quircmeiii Ihal th¢ ac¢ounts give a 'true and fair view, which 15 not a matter considered as part of an
independenl exaniination; or
4, th¢ accounts have iiot b¢¢n prepared in 8¢cordance with the melhods and principles of the Stateiiient of
Recommcndcd Prdclice for accounting and reporting by charities applicable to Charities preparing their
accounts in a¢¢ordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in th¢ UK and Republic of Ireland
