**Purposes:** The Company’s objects are specifically restricted to the following:  The Association is established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Maghery village and its environs of County Armagh and Tyrone (hereinafter described as ‘the area of benefit’) without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for the protection of health, recreation and leisure-time activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.  (a)	To maintain and manage the Maghery village hall for activities in furtherance of the above objects. (b)	To advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the directors may, from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
