## **TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT** 

The trustees present their annual report and financial statements for the above charity for year ending 31[st] August 2023. 

## **Objectives & Activities** 

The aims and objectives are to promote play based learning environments for pre-school children; to promote involvement of parents in the activities of the group and to support the values and principles of Early Years. 

The trustees are confident that the playgroup has continued to meet its aims and objectives throughout the course of the year. 

In setting our objectives and planning our activities for the year the trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland’s guidance on public benefit to ensure that the activities have helped to achieve the Charity’s purpose and provide a benefit to the public. 

The Association is non-profit making and the trustees are aware of the resources available. The Association’s receipts and payments accounts and statement of Assets & Liabilities are attached hereto.
