**Purposes:** The Charity’s objects (“Objects”) are to:-  (1)	Advance community development for the inhabitants of Omagh and its environs (the “area of benefit”) through the promotion of organisations within the community and voluntary sector for the benefit of the public by: (a)	providing such organisations with office space, facilities and services; (b)	providing and maintaining a forum where community and voluntary organisations can join together to find mutual support, exchange views, share resources, information and skills and co-operate to achieve their aims.  (2)	Provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the area of benefit.
