Sheila Jackson, Nigel Handforth, Fiona Shannon, Sean Graham Joanna Martin, Mark Fielding 

## **Apologies**

The Trustees had two items to discuss. 

## **1. Annual Accounts** 

Sheila outlined to problems the office bearers had in getting the accounts  completed due to the  Treasurer’s continued indisposition. The accounts were completed and independently verified by Tricia McGuigan. The completed accounts had been circulated to the Trustees The accounts were accepted on the proposal of Mark Fielding and seconded by Sean Graham. Tricia  McGuigan was thanked for her work. 

## **2. Post of Treasurer** 

The Trustees sadly agreed  that Chris McCaw was unable to continue in the post of Treasurer. Following a prolonged search, Ian Dunn was  approached about the post and has agreed to become Treasurer and therefore become a Trustee. Chris is aware of this process. 

Sheila outlined the checks and balances that have been put in place to insure bet practice and a collective approach to the accounts. 



Ian  Dunn was  proposed as Treasurer and Trustee by Sean Graham and seconded by Mark Fielding. Ian joined the meeting was congratulated on his appointment. The Trustees 

thanked Sheila for her tremendous work in the last few months.
