Basis of independent examiner's report I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charilies Act and my exarninaiion was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem ￿laThd under section 65 (9Xb) of the Chariiies Act. My examination included a review of the aC￿Unting records kepi by the charity and a comparison of the a¢Lounts presented with those records. It a150 inLluded consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the ailounts, and seeking ¢xplanatio￿5 from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters. My role is to stale whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe: l. That xcounting records were not kept in accordance with 5edion 63 of the Charities Act 2. That the accounts do not accoryl with those accounting records 3. Thal the accounts do not comply with the accounting rwirements of the Charitie5 Act 4. That there is further inforn]ation needed for a proper understa￿lIng of the accounts to b¢ reached.
