To enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age by encouraging parents/guardians to understand and provide for the needs of their children by offering appropriate play facilities with the right of parents/carers to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of the Group, ensuring that the Group offers opportunities for all children, regardless of religion, culture race or means. 2. To encourage the study of needs of such children and their families. 3. To promote the public interest in and recognition of such needs of such children and their families in the local areas 4. To support the values and principles of Early Years, the organisation for young children.
