As the charlvs trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2(Kl8.
It is my responsibility to:
examlne the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charlties Act.
2- follow the procedures laid down in general Dirertions given by the Commlsslon under section
65{9)Ib) of the Charities Act
state weather particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under sectlon 65 of the Charitles Act and my examinatlon
was carries out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under section 6519)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examlnation included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with these records. It a150 included consideration of any unusual items or disdosures In
the accounts, and seeking explanation from you as charity trustees concerning any suth matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention givlng me cause to believe:
that accounting records were not kept In accordance wlth section 63 of the Charltie5 art.
that the accounts do not accord wlth those accountlng records
> that the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charlties Act.
that there is further information needed for a proper under5tandlng of the accounts to be reached.
