Charlty Commlssion for Northern Ireland.
The directors of the charitable company are its trustees for the purposes of charity law and throughout
this report 8re collectively referred to as the trustee5. The trustees who have served during the year
are listed above. Trustees are appointed by the board and serve for three years, after which period
they may put themselves forward for re-electlon.
Objectlves and actlvltle8
The objects for which the company is established are as follows.. to support and Pfomote the treatment
of individuals suffering from abuse, neglect and pregnancy loss howsoever arising, by means of
counselling and any other means with a view to prevention of their reoccurrence.
In setting the objective5 and planning the actlvities for the year the trustees have given careful
consideration to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's guidance on public benefit to ensure
that the activities have helped to achieve the charity's purposes and provide a benefit to the
beneficiaries.

I report to the trustee8 on my examination of the flnancial statements of Nest Group Counselling
(Ireland) Limited {'the charity,) for the year ended 31 December 2023.
Responslbllltle8 and basls of report
As the trustees of the company (and also its dlrectors for the purposes of company law) you are
responsible for the preparation of the financial st8tements In accordance with the requirements of
Charltles Act {Northern Ireland) 2008 (the '2008 Act'l and the Companies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act'}.
You are satisfled that the accounts of the company are not required by charity or company law to be
audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examin8tion.
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the company are not requlred to be audited under Part 16
of th8 2008 Act and are eligible for independent examinatlon, I report In respect of my examination of
the charity's financial statements as carried out under section 65 of the 2008 Act. In carrying out my
examinatlon I have followed the general Directions glven by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under sectlon 65{9)(b) of the 2008 Act.

Statement of compllance
These financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102, 'The Financial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republlc of Ireland,, the Statement of
Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the
Financial Reportlng Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 1021 (Charities
SORP (FRS 102)) and the Companies Act 2006.
