The trustees hereby declare that the said sums of money so subscribed as aforesaid and all other subscriptions and donations made and given for the like purposes shall be held upon trust that the same shall be applied in accordance with the provisions hereinafter contained for the following purposes (if any in so far as the same shall be charitable) :- 1.1 The provision of additional facilities services and equipment to the Mitchell House Special School 1.2 The relief of disabled persons resident in Northern Ireland who are in conditions of need hardship sickness or distress particularly present and past pupils of the school 1.3 To assist in the organisation of schemes which would propagate the integration of the disabled and the able 1.4 To obtain collect and receive money and funds by way of donations sponsorship legacies grants and any other lawful method and accept and receive gifts of property and to purchase property of any description 1.5 To supplement and complement but not to replace existing statutory services and co-operate with statutory authorities and voluntary organisations having similar objects
