A voluntary management committee is responsible for the policy and general management of the aff<iirs of the
Organisation. The committee meets on a regular basis. Members of Ihe committee are elected at the Annual General
Meeting.

Achievements and perfoiullance
Frorn April 2022 to March 2023, we deali with 7,077 enquiries, represented at 63 Appeal Tribunals. dealt with debt <1lllOUnting to
£983,047,00 and our work helped genernle a total of £1,854,944.00 on behalf of our clients. These figures clearly illustrate tknat
OIAS is tackling poverty and social exclusion and making real differences to local people's lives
