Audltor's r•sponslbllltles for the 8udFt of tha flnanclal ststements
Our objectives are to obtain reasonabl8 assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from
materi81 misslatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to Issue an auditors report th81 includes our oplnlon.
Reasonab￿ assurance is a high level of assurance bul is not a guarantee that an audlt conducted In accordance
with ISA5 IUKI will 8Sways delect a material misstatement when il exists. Misslatemenls can arise from Iraud or
error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate, they muld reasonably be expected to Influence
the economic deasion5 of users taken on the basis of these financial statements.
Irregularities, including fraud, are instances of T￿n-complIance with laws and regul3lions. We design procedvres in
Ilne with our re5ponsibililies, outlinad abov8, to d818Ct material misslalements In Tespact of irr8ou12rilies, includlng
fraud. The extenl to which our procedu￿$ are capable ol detectlng irregu18rilies, including fraucl is detailed below..
Based on our understsnding of the charilabl& company, we identified the princip81 risks of non-comp1ian¢e wllh laws
and r8gulalions related lo general data protectlon regulations, 8nd heallh and safety regulatlons. We also
Considered those laws that have 8 direct Irnp8Ct on the preparation ol Ihe linandal s18tements.
W8 evaluated the commlttee members Incenllves and opportunitk98 for fraudulenl manlpulalfvjn of the finanual

any indicatsons ol non-compliance throughout tha audlt. Audit proc8dures performed by the auditors included. but
were not limited to..
Discussions with management including wnsideralion of known or suspected instanTrs ol noncornplianc8 with
laws and regulallons and fraud.,
Performing analytical proc6dures lo id8nlify any unusual or vnexpected rel8tionships thal rnay indicate
risks ol material mlsstalement ¢Jue lo fraud..

In addressing the risk of fraud through management override of controls, testlng the approprfatene5s of
joumal entrfes and other adjustments and as5esslng wh&lher the judgements made in making accounting
estimates are indicat*ve of management bias.
Because of th6 inh8renl limitations of an audil, th8re is a risk that we will not delecl all irr8gularilies, including Ihosè
18ading to a m818rial misslaternenl in the financial slalements or ￿n-compli2nc8 With regulation. This risk incrsas8S
the more Ihat compliance with a law or regulation is removed from the events and tiansaclions r8fl8Ct8d in the
flnanci81 slat8rn8nts, a8 W8 w511 b8 18ss lik8ly lo become aware of Snslances of non-compliance. The risk is a150
greater regarding irr8gul3rities octurring due to fraud rather th8n error, as fraud involves Intentional conc88lm8nl,
