I have exomlned your charlty accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charltles Act and my examlnatlon was carried
out in accordance with the general Olrertions 8Nen by the Charity Commisslon for Northem Ireland under sectlon 6519llbl
of the Charitles Att.
My examlnation included a review of the accountln8 record5 kept by the charity and a comparlson of the accounts
presented wlth those record5. It also Included conslderatlon of any unusual ttems or dlsclosures in the accounts and
seeking explanatlons from you as charlty trustees concernlng such matters.
My role is to state whether any materlal matter5 have come to my •ttentlon givin8 me cause to belleve:
That accountln8 records were not kept in aceordance wlth settion 63 of the ChaTltles Act.
That the accounts do not aceord wlth those accounting records.
That the aceounts do not comply with the accountlng requirements of the Charltles Act.
That there Is further informatlon needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to be reached.
