## Chairperson’s Report 

Welcome: My name is Helen Mc Laughlin I am the registered Chairperson for Pennyburn Community Playgroup 

I would like to welcome you all to our AGM and thank you for giving up your time to attend: 

I will open the meeting by reading the Apologies: Meghan O’Doherty, Jill Doherty 

Our secretary for the past 10years or more Andrena Thompson has stepped down, on behalf of the Playgroup I would like to thank Andrena for all her work and support over the years. Thank you. 

I would like to introduce Rachel Mc Daid who has been on the committee for a number of years and who has been standing in as Secretary and hopefully will stay on board. 

Chairperson: I will read the Treasurer’s report on behalf of Margaret Mc Cauley. See Attached Report & Accounts 

I would like to Introduce Marty our guest speaker
