## Chairperson’s Report 

Welcome: My name is Helen Mc Laughlin I am the registered Chairperson for Pennyburn Community Playgroup 

I would like to welcome you all to our AGM and thank you for giving up your time to attend I will open the meeting by reading the Apologies: Teresa Farrell Marie Breslin Colette Hegarty Margaret Mc Cauley 

I would ask the Committee Secretary Andrena Thompson to give her Secretary’s report for the past year 

Andrena will also give the Treasurer’s report on behalf of Margaret Mc Cauley Thank you Andrena for your report and Treasure’s report 

I would like to welcome you our guest speaker (Natalie Logue Greater Shantallow Area Partnership Talking to our Babies Co-ordinator will speak on child development) Thank you Natalie
