Charitable Purpose
The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage and “the relief of poverty” in Romania
Charitable Goals
To provide consultancy, moral support, funding and training to the Association for Support for Social Integration (ASIS), an NGO in Bucharest.
Our primary purpose is to support ASIS Romania to deliver services to homeless and marginalised families, adults and young people in Bucharest and environs. ASIS work includes a street outreach service, family support services (centre and home based), early intervention programmes in schools and a community development project among a Roma community. To achieve its purposes ASIS works in partnership with the statutory sector agencies including social services and probation.

In accordance with the instructions given to us, and in order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Charities Commission for Northern Ireland, we have compiled this Receipts & Payments Account from that prepared by the treasurer for the year ended 31 December 2023, and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at that date.
Our report is made to the Committee Members, as a body, and our work has been undertaken so that we may compile this account, report to the Committee that we have done so, and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the Committee, as a body, for our report or for the work carried out.
We have carried out this work in accordance with the technical guidance issued by the Charities Commission for Northern Ireland and that issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
We can confirm that this Receipts & Payments Account is in agreement with the underlying financial records of the Charity. We have not carried out an audit and for this reason have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the financial records, or information and explanations given to us, and we do not therefore express any opinion on this account.
