INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF CONNECT MINISTRIES
I report on the accounts for the year ended 3 1st Augusi 2023 which are set out oll pages 7 to 15.
Respective re5pollsibilities of trustees and examiner
The chariry's ttustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's tnjstees ¢onsider that an &udil is
not required for this period undcr section 65(2) of the Charities Act (Northern treland) 2008 (as amended) and that an
independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under s¢¢tion 65(3) of the 2008 Act:
to follow th¢ pro¢edures laid dO￿ll in the general Direction5 givej) by the Charity Commission under section
65(9)(b) of ihe 2008 Act; and
to state wheiher particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
I have examiTh¢d your ¢harity a¢¢ounls as required under section 65 of the Chari¢ie5 Ad and my exatnination was ¢arri¢d
out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section
65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accouniing records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual iletns or disclosures in the accounts, and
seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.

That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act

Independent exxmlner's statement
I have completed my examination and have no concern5 in respect of the matters {1) to (4) listed above and, in connection
with following the Directions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that require
drawing to your attention.
