I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31 December
2019, whlch are set out on the following pages.

As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparatlon of the
accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It Is my responslbllity to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charitles Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directlons glven by the
Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charlties Act
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the
Charitles Act and my examlnatlon was carrted out in accordance wlth the
general Dlrectlons given by the Charity Commlssion for Northern Ireland under
sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charities Art.
My examinatlon included a review of the accountlng records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also
Included consideratlon of any unusual Items or disclosures in the accounts, and
seeklng explanatlons from you as charity trustees concerning any such
matters.
My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon
giving me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance wlth sectlon 63 of
the Chartties Art
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accountlng requirements of the
Charityes Act
4. That there Is further Information needed for a proper understanding of
the accounts to be reached.

Independent examiner's ststement
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the
matters (l) to (4) Ilsted above and, in connection with followlng the Dlrectlons
of the Charfty Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that
require drawing to your attentlon.
