examinètion giving me cause to believe that in any material respect..

the financial statements have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the
Slatemenl of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charilies ipplicable to charitles preparing
their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard appllcable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
{FRS 1021.
We have no concems and have come across no other matters in connectiDn with the examlnation lo wNch attention
