All items of income and expenditure included within the Receipts and Payments Account have been accounted for on a cash
receipts basis.

il The only assets the charity retains are the balances at bank.

Lodges, gift aid claiined and distribution to respective Ma50nic
Fund5. In order to save bank fees the accounts were combined
together the year with separate cost centres introduced.

5. Transartlons with the Trustees
The Treasurer and Secretary normally receive an honorarium of £50 each to cover all costs of administration of the fund such as
postage, Stationery etc. however this year they did not draw down on the funds due to the ongolng financial situation.
No trustee or a person related to a trustee had any personal interest in any contract or transaction entered into by the charity
during the year.
6. Governance Costs
No Governance costs were incurred during the year as the independent examiner provided seNices free,
