Set out below are the principal accounting policies which have been adopted in the Compilation of the Receipts and Payments Account

l) Receipts and Payments Account
All items of income and expenditure included within the Receipt5 and Payments Account have been accounted for on a cash
receipt5 basis.
2) Statement of Assets and Liabllltles
il The only assets the charity retains are the balances at bank.

Funds
The Fund account is used for the receipt of contributions from
Lodges, gift aid claimed and distribution to respective Masonic
Funds. In order to save bank fees the accounts were combined
together the year with separate cost centres introduced.

5. Tran5artions wlth the Trustees
The Treasurer and Secretary normally receive an honorarium of £50 each to cover all costs of administration of the fund such as
postage. stationery etc. however this year they did not draw down on the funds due to the ongoing financial situation.
No trustee or a person related to a trustee had any personal interest in any contratt or transaction entered into by the charity
during the year.
6. Governance Costs
No Governance costs were incurred during the year as the independent examiner provided seNices free.
