The Company is established to promote learning and leadership in Cambodia. To identify, through interaction with the local community, their perceived learning and leadership needs; In partnership with key stakeholders, address identified needs through appropriate learning and leadership programmes; Increase and sustain learning and leadership opportunities for young people; Monitor the effectiveness of the project and be flexible in response to emerging needs.
