Responsibilities and bas15 of report The directors of the Company are responsible for the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act INorthern Ireland) 2008. You are satisfied that the Charity is not required by charity law to be audited and have choosen instead to have an independent examination. We report in respect of our examination of the Charity's financial statements has carried out under Section 65 of the 2008 Act. In carrying out our examination we have followed the general directions by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under Section 65191 Ibl of the 2008 Act. Independent examiner￿ statement We have completed our examination and we confirm that no matters have come to our attention in connection with our examination giving us cause to believe that in any material aspect. Accounting records were not kept as required by with the Section 63 of the 2008 Act,. or The financial statements do not accord with those records- or The financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of the 2008 Act; or 4. The financial statements do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form & conents of the accounts set out in Charities (Accounts & Reports) Regulation 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. We confirm that there are no matters to which your attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
